We would especially love to have you if you are some of the following (but not limited to):

  • Aesthetician (offering essential oil based treatments)

Certified Yoga Instructor and Flexibility Coach

Nancy loves living life well. Her experience, research and training over 15 years has led Nancy to become a certified yoga instructor and flexibility coach. Her yoga classes focus on developing your awareness of your body. When you know you well, you can choose what care helps you support yourself to feeling healthy. Nancy is thrilled to bring Yoga to you as an integrated practice that supports the wellness products and services already offered at Covey Wellness Centre. During Nancy’s class, wonder what growth and change would you like this yoga class to support for you today? After Nancy’s class, appreciate that you gave yourself the time and presence to honour how you are showing up in the world today and to make the changes that help you move towards living your life well.

Ashley Van Mazyk
Certified Yoga Instructor & Wellness Coach

Ashley is a passionate and dedicated certified yoga instructor with an undergraduate degree in Psychology. She is deeply committed to somatic practices and nervous system regulation, integrating these principles into her personalized yoga sessions to support holistic healing and well-being. Her approach integrates the power of body awareness and breath work to support emotional and physical well-being, helping clients reconnect, heal, and regulate their nervous systems. Ashley’s work is deeply rooted in the belief that true wellness comes from understanding and listening to the body’s innate wisdom. Whether through tailored yoga practices or somatic exercises, she creates a safe, nurturing space for each individual to explore and transform. Outside of her work, Ashley enjoys a peaceful balance of downtime at home with her cat, Emmy, and dog, Dakota. She also loves spending time outdoors, whether it’s practicing yoga in nature, kayaking, or exploring new adventures. She treasures moments spent with her family, especially with her adorable niece and nephews, always finding joy in both the quiet and exciting moments of life.

Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach

Toddia is a passionate advocate for faith, family, fitness, and wholesome food, She has dedicated her life to helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. Toddia has been working in fitness and nutrition for the last 5 years serving Elmvale and surrounding community. Toddia is a proud mother of three beautiful children, married to a third-generation farmer, who also shares her passion for healthy living and community. With a deep commitment to whole foods and whole-body movement, Toddia strives to educate clients on the importance of real, nourishing food and sustainable fitness practices. She firmly believes that in today’s world, we’re often overwhelmed by "diets" that offer short-term results but leave us with little understanding of our own nutritional needs. Her goal is to help clients build a solid foundation based on whole, nutrient-dense foods that can be enjoyed for a lifetime, without the restrictions of fad diets. As a certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, Toddia works closely with each client to identify their unique goals, create personalized fitness plans, and guide them through every step of their journey. Whether it’s increasing flexibility, improving mobility, or simply boosting energy, her approach is both professional and motivating and highly personal, ensuring that each individual feels empowered and accomplished. “I’m here to help—let’s start this journey together.”
